Group Blocks Now Linkable
The Group Block now supports linking the entire grouped content to a specified URL or internal page. This allows users to create clickable containers for multiple blocks. The latest update also adds further improvements to PAGEGRID's rendering performance.
Group Block: Link Functionality
Within the Group Block's settings, a dedicated section for "Link" provides fields to select an internal page or input an external URL. Once a link is defined, the Group Block's rendered output will be wrapped in an <a>
tag, making the entire container clickable. Child blocks within the group remain interactive.
This allows users to easily link groups of teasers to overview pages or seamlessly direct visitors to relevant external resources.
Improved Editor Rendering Performance
The latest update also introduces optimizations to the PAGEGRID editor, resulting in faster page rendering, particularly on pages with complex layouts. Users should also experience a more responsive and efficient editing environment, leading to an improved content creation workflow.
Minor Bug Fixes
Several minor bugs identified in previous versions have been addressed in this release, contributing to a more stable and reliable PAGEGRID experience. These fixes resolve inconsistencies and improve the overall quality of the platform.
