Use of our website

When using our websites, we may create web server logs that contain the date and time, the retrieved URL path, the referrer (if applicable) and the browser used; However, we anonymise your IP address using IP masking, so that we do not collect any personal data.

YouTube Videos

Unsere Webseite verwendet Dienste von „YouTube“ einer Videoplattform, die von der YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA betrieben wird (nachfolgend „Youtube“ genannt). YouTube wird vertreten durch die Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Wir nutzen YouTube, indem wir einzelne Videos von der Plattform auf unserer Webseite als sogenannten iFrame einbetten (embedding), so dass sie direkt auf unserer Webseite abspielbar sind. Die Videos sind in dem auf YouTube angebotenen „erweiterten Datenschutz-Modus“ eingebunden, d. h. es werde keine personenbezogenen Daten von Ihnen an Google übertragen werden, solange Sie die Videos nicht abspielen. Erst durch das Abspielen eines Videos erfolgt eine Datenübertragung an Google, auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben. Wenn Sie auf unserer Webseite ein dort eingebettetes Video abspielen, wird an Google übermittelt, welche Unterseite Sie besucht und welches Video Sie sich angesehen haben. Ggf. wird auch Ihre IP-Adresse an Google übertragen. Sofern Sie dabei als YouTube- bzw. Google-Nutzer eingeloggt sind, ordnet Google diese Informationen Ihrem Benutzerkonto zu. Use of our hosting service

Upon registration, the user provides the administration with an e-mail address. We use your e-mail address exclusively for the immediate purpose of the contract (password recovery, reminder, abuse notifications, contract amendments, notifications due to legal regulations). We do not share personal information with third parties.

We host our website with UBERSPACE. If you create a website through any of our cloud services, your website will also be hosted on UBERSPACE.

External data processing

The data you upload to your website through our cloud service can be processed by us and UBERSPACE.

If you buy any of our products your data will be processed by Gumroad. We have signed a data processing agreement with them. Please refer to Gumroad's privacy policy.

Use of cookies

The only cookie that we store on the user's browser is named "wires" and is set by the ProcessWire CMS. This cookie is considered necessary and expires when the session ends (e.g. when the user closes the browser). For this reason, this cookie doesn’t require the user's explicit consent under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Links

You may occasionally find links to other websites on our website. By activating these links you will be redirected to the website of another operator, which you can recognize by the changed URL in the browser. We have no control over their content and therefore do not have any responsibility for how those other websites handle your personal information. We have not checked if the operators of those websites comply with the GDPR. Please inform yourself about it. 

Right to object

Alternatively, if the objection is directed against direct marketing, you have a general right of objection, which is followed by us without you having to state a particular reason. 

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period has been stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing the data no longer applies. You can delete your account at any time. Your personal data will be deleted as well. If you have purchased one of our products, you must also delete your Gumroad account to remove your data.
